Project Management
Project management keeps a project's schedule, costs, risks and contracts under control. We act as project director or project manager, either for an entire project or for a single work package or scope.
We work for clients, main contractors and subcontractors. Our experience ranges from residential renovations to international data centre projects.
Good project management shows in the absence of surprises.
02 · Services
Owner's Representation and Site Supervision
As the owner's representative, we manage the project on the client's behalf from needs assessment to the warranty inspection. The board or owner makes the decisions; we prepare them and see them through.
Through site supervision we make sure the work is carried out in line with the designs, the contract and good construction practice. Supervision can cover the whole project or only critical work stages. Years of renovation experience mean quick, practical solutions when existing structures throw up surprises.
The client gets what was agreed and paid for.
03 · Services
Condition Assessments and Inspections
We establish the true condition of a building reliably. You receive a clear report in which findings, repair needs and their urgency are presented so that decisions are easy to make.
A condition assessment gives a housing company or property owner an overall picture and the basis for a long-term maintenance plan. A pre-purchase building inspection serves both buyer and seller. Moisture measurements and targeted condition surveys investigate suspected damage. All work follows the current Finnish RT guidelines.
The seller knows what they are selling. The buyer knows what they are buying.

Consulting
We help with individual questions, with preparing decisions and with wider investigations.
A reliable cost estimate is the basis of a good decision, whether it concerns budgeting a renovation project, loan negotiations or a property transaction. We also prepare expert statements and technical reports for property transactions.
