What data we process

We process the information you give us yourself through the contact form, by email or by phone: name, company or housing company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. During a client relationship we also process the information needed to carry out the assignment and to invoice it.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, carry out assignments and invoice them. Processing is based on preparing and performing a contract, on our obligations under the Finnish Accounting Act and on our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for no more than two years unless they lead to a client relationship. Client and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

Disclosure of data

We do not sell or disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed on our behalf only by email, hosting and financial administration service providers who are bound by data protection obligations. Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and does not load content from third-party servers. Fonts and other files are served from our own server.
